Weak cosmic censorship conjecture in higher-dimensional black holes with nonlinear electrodynamic sources

The new version of the gedanken experiments proposed by Sorce and Wald are designed to test validity weak cosmic censorship conjecture (WCCC) overspinning or overcharging Kerr-Newman black hole in Einstein-Maxwell gravity. Following their setup, this paper, we investigate WCCC higher-dimensional charged with a nonlinear electrodynamics source. We derive first seconder order perturbation inequalities collision matter based on Iyer-Wald formalism as well null energy conditions, show that they share similar form As result, find static (HDNL) holes cannot be overcharged after considering these two inequalities. Our result might indicate for more general HNDL related systems.
